Are Pets Permitted?

• Portal Place Apartments is a pet free community.

What is the lease term?

• The standard lease term is 1 year.

When is the rent due?

• Rent is due on the 1st of the month. You can pay via our Online Portal any time of the day. Rent is considered late after the 1st of the month.

What utilities am I responsible for?

• The tenant is responsible for their gas heating usage, their electric usage, and their water and sewage usage.

Is parking available?

• Secured garage parking is available for an additional fee.

How do I handle my laundry?

• Tenants have multiple options for their laundry. Tenants may use the laundry room on the first floor. Tenants may also bring their own stackable washer/dryer unit to use in their own apartment. If you would like your own washer/dryer, but do not own one, the manager would be happy to set you up with a company from whom you can rent the equipment.

Who takes care of maintenance requests?

• The management company has a full time maintenance staff. The maintenance staff will address your maintenance request. Please submit your request in writing to the manager. We also have 24 hour emergency maintenance should a serious issue arise during non-working hours.
